Gluten Free Mocha Waffles

Gluten-free Mocha Waffles | The Baking Beauties

I know I teased some of you on the Baking Beauties Facebook page with these gluten-free Mocah Waffles a long time ago, but then I got side tracked and nearly forgot about them. I say nearly, because well, how could you forget something so delicious?

These waffles have a beautiful chocolate/coffee flavour to them, they are super easy to make, and are nice and light. What more could you want? Another cherry? :)

Hi Jeanine, have you ever made just plain waffles? I want to make some this coming weekend. I will also make your cornmeal waffles with the strawberry/rhubarb sauce. I live for your blog! Thank you for so many wonderful recipes :) I have been gluten free for over 2 years now and your blog has really helped me to expand my eating from just meat and salads. Thanks to you, i now have a weekly baking day where i try out some of your recipes.
