I have made your Vanilla Bundt Cake for my granddaughter but she is now dairy free as well. Can you tell me how to bake this cake or if I can regarding the dry milk powder and the unsalted butter. Can the milk powder be eliminated and substituting the coconut milk for the milk and using Earth Balance with a combination coconut oil. I have added 2 tablespoons of real butter in some of her baking and it hasn’t bothered her especially if the recipe calls for 1 cup or more. One of my granddaughters are getting married Sunday and I need to make a cake for Rebekah. I did make a sponge cake recipe that she wanted but it didn’t come out good at all. I then remembered your Bundt cake and thought that might work. Thank you for any help that you would be able to give me.
