Sweeper Steak
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans gluten-free cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry gluten-free onion soup mix
  • 1 cup gluten-free beef broth
  1. Grease the crock pot bowl with the sesame oil.
  2. Place the beef, cream of mushroom soup, soup mix and beef broth into the prepared slow-cooker and stir to blend.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or until meat is tender.
  4. Serve this over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. There is plenty of sauce to be used as gravy.
