Creamy Dill Salmon
Serves: 4
  • 4 tablespoons Dill flavoured cream cheese
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 springs fresh dill for garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Using the back of a spoon, spread 1 Tbsp of Dill flavoured cream cheese on each fillet.
  4. Loosely cover baking sheet with foil, and place in preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes using a fork.
  5. Top with fresh dill, and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
