Quick and Easy Salmon with Dill
Sometimes you're not sure what to make for dinner. This salmon is so easy, but delicious, that it has answered my "What's for Dinner?" question many times.
Serves: 4
  • 1 pound salmon fillets or steaks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (I like to line my baking sheets with parchment, it guarantees that my food won't stick, but it also makes clean up quite a bit easier).
  2. Rinse the salmon, and arrange on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder and dried dill. Place pieces of butter evenly over the fish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
