Welcome to Faithfully Gluten Free!
Are you new to the gluten free life, and not sure what you can eat? Have you been gluten free for a while and are frustrated with the gluten free products or recipes that you’ve tried? I hear ya!
My name is Jeanine and I am the creator of Faithfully Gluten Free. I’ve been sharing gluten free recipes here since 2008, if you are a returning visitor, you may have visited the site under the name The Baking Beauties. In 2015, to better reflect what the site is all about, the site underwent a name change to Faithfully Gluten Free.
This site was created to help those that have to follow a gluten free diet. When I was first diagnosed with celiac disease in 2008, I was frustrated. At the time, a lot of the recipes that I tried left me less than impressed. Through a lot of trial and error, I taught myself to create gluten free recipes that don’t taste gluten free at all. If you are at your wits end and feel like you’ll never eat another tasty baked good again, you’re at the right place. My recipes use ingredients common to gluten free baking and are written to help you succeed in the kitchen, no matter your skill level. If you need help along the way, leave a comment or contact me and I’ll do what I can to help.
In addition to sharing recipes here, I also authored The Everything Guide to Living Gluten Free. Brimming with information on gluten, celiac disease, and how to make the transition to a gluten free life easier for you and your family, it is perfect for those that are new to the gluten free lifestyle. Along with all of the information, the book also includes over 100 gluten free recipes to help you get started.
I have worked with many national brands to develop delicious gluten-free recipes tailored to their products, and am always available to consult on, or create, a project proposal. If you are interested in working with me, please CLICK HERE to learn about the services I offer.
Thanks for visiting and taking the time to learn a little more about Faithfully Gluten Free.
Faithfully Yours,
Jeanine
