I love quinoa, and rarely make it into salads. I think that's just because I've been lacking in salad ideas. Now I have no excuse! Thanks for the recipe!

This is such a great spin off of the traditional salad! Adding quinoa makes this a powerhouse recipe for anytime of the day and one that we will certainly be making! Thanks for sharing this creative dish, we love it! 🙂

YUm! I threw this together last night and it was wonderful. 🙂 I used greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt just to give it a little kick.
