Beef Kabobs

Ingredients:
Marinade:
1/2 cup sherry (or alcohol-free sherry)
1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 (1 oz.) package gluten-free onion soup mix
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cooking oil

Onion
Peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
2 lbs. beef steak(sirloin is good) cut into 1 inch cubes

Directions:
Combine sherry, soy sauce, lemon juice, onion soup, brown sugar and cooking oil . Add meat cubes and let marinade for 3-4 hours.

Thread on meat skewers alternating meat and vegetables. Cook on medium-high hot grill for about 10 minutes. Turn. Baste with sauce and grill another 10 minutes.

NOTE: If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before threading your meat & vegetables on them.
