Thanks, Betty! You couldn't smell the garlic wafting on the light north-west wind?? 🙂 Actually, since the garlic isn't chopped or minced, the flavour is fairly mild. They were perfectly roasted throughout & sweet. Delicious with the parmesan cheese!

I've made a version of this before and absoltely love it. This recipe looks amazing.

Sounds delicious! I've tried a version where I've braised a whole cut-up chicken along with garlic and wine, but this sounds even easier!

Dumb question, but if I double or triple the recipe, should I do that with the garlic as well?

That’s a good question. I’d still up it, but maybe by half, and not double. 60 cloves of garlic, you might never get the smell out of your house! 😉
