I made these yummy, kicked-up egg salad sandwiches for a Sunday picnic in the kid’s treehouse. 🙂 We all enjoyed it! It’s a nice change from the regular egg salad sandwiches.

Ingredients:
8 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 cup mayonnaise (I used Miracle Whip)
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dill weed
8 slices of your favorite bread
Directions:
In a bowl, gently mix the eggs, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt, mustard powder, garlic powder, pepper, and dill. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. To serve, spread equal amounts on 4 slices of bread; top with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
