Gluten-Free Holiday Baking Round-up

Well, I’ve decided to do a little round up of gluten-free holiday baking recipes from previous years. I have done a few new recipes, but I think I will hold off on doing most of my baking until the week before Christmas. I’m not sure why I feel the need to bake 10 kinds of cookies, candies & popcorn every year, we always end up with a lot leftover after the holidays, and end up finding a lost batch of cookies in the freezer at Valentine’s. So, I’ve decided to cut back a bit this year. Unless I totally lose it and up going bonkers with baking, like I have in previous years. Only time will tell!

Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Gluten Free Snickers Bar Pie

Mocha Mousse Torte (flourless)

Nutella Cake

Gluten Free Pumpkin Cheesecake

Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Gluten Free Gingersnap Cookies

Merry Meringue Cookies

Gluten Free “Oreo” Cookies

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Gluten Free Pumpkin Biscotti

Gluten Free Rolled Sugar Cookies

Gluten Free Turtle Brownies

Gluten Free White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Gluten Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Caramel Popcorn

Easy and Decadent Truffles

Golden Vanilla Bean Caramels

Grandma’s Peanut Brittle

Jello Popcorn

Gluten Free Rum Balls

Amazingly Good Eggnog

There ya have it! That should give you enough to encourage you to start your holiday baking. 🙂

Don’t forget, you can also download the FREE Holiday E-Book that I put together, with a number of other contributors! Happy Baking!
