This Lemon Dill Salmon was really, really good, and really, really quick prepare! The simplest of flavour combinations, but oh, so tasty!

[print_this]

Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets (approximately)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. fresh baby dill, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lemon

Directions:
1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, baby dill and garlic clove.
2. Place salmon fillets in foil lined baking pan (or in pie plates, like I did).
3. Pour sauce over the salmon. Top with thinly sliced lemon.
4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
