Looks like a wonderful supper, the asparagus and quinoa a great addition to the meal.

I struggle with menu making! I have 3 kids (23,21,18) w/their work & school, my husband & my schedule its the "see who will be home for dinner game" And what they will eat.*sigh*

Too funny that you should post about salmon today. I dreamed about cooking salmon for a good portion of the night!

Looks amazing! Salmon is such a great "go to" meal. I have two boys and hubby at home. I still think about whether the boys will eat what I make or not. The boys can fend for themselves if need be. It's usually more of a question if I want them cooking or should I say messing up my kitchen!

This has answered our "What's for dinner" quandary many many times. My boys like salmon too so it makes it an easy decision. Thanks for sharing this one!😉k

@betty r, Betty, my kids do really well with the asparagus, and thankfully, they are starting to enjoy quinoa too. 🙂
@Joy, The "What's for supper" game is never fun, huh? Probably worse as they get older & busier!

@Amanda on Maui, Ha, it's like it was meant to be! Salmon is following you through your dreams, and online!

@laurie, Ha, love that…whether to cook for them, or have to clean up the kitchen after them. 🙂 I'm not good at sharing my kitchen either.

@Kim-Cook it Allergy Free, Glad to hear your kids like salmon too. I just wish mine liked it with different sauces or flavours. Ah well, can't be disappointed that they like a simple dish. 🙂
