This simple, quick fruit salad uses canned or fresh fruit, plus a packet of instant vanilla pudding to make the glaze. Super simple, yet very tasty! 🙂

Ingredients:

  • Any fruit that is in season (strawberries, melon, blueberries, banana, apple, grapes)
  • can of fruit cocktail or mandarin oranges if you would like (or are low on seasonal fruits)
  • instant vanilla pudding
  • small amount of fruit juice (can use the juice from your canned fruit, if you used some)

Directions:
Combine washed & cut up fruit in a bowl. Mix fruit juice & 1/2 a packet of instant vanilla pudding in a separate bowl and stir to form a glaze. Pour over fruit & stir to coat. Refrigerate or serve immediately. Mix the day you want to serve it.
