Ahhhh this looks divine! My two favorites – chocolate and marshmallow. I wonder if adding some coconut would work. I am a mallow cup lover. LOL! Bring these over and we will have a cup of Joe and banana bread and your bars.

You bet, coconut or nuts would go great in these bars! Mmm…
If you weren’t so far away, we’d meet for coffee. I’ll definitely be giving that banana bread of yours a try. It sounds delicious!

Eliana, thank you! Funny thing, I wasn’t very happy with the pic. Thanks for the compliment. 🙂
CDM – BUY THE OATS!!! 🙂 They are pricey, but they are so worth having on hand! Especially since you can also make monster cookies and no-bake chocolate cookies using them as well. Delicious! 🙂
Betty, they were extremely chewy! And so easy to switch to GF too. 🙂

Oh my, Jeanine … these look simply to die for! (So much so that I just did a quick check on Recipezaar for the non-GF version.)
Thanks, as always, for the inspiration! I’m so glad you’re getting to enjoy so many delicious treats these days… and providing a wonderful service for people as well.
And your weather reminds me so much of ours lately. All or nothing. Lots of sun or LOADS of rain. Hopefully summer will be sunny and warm.
I hope you enjoyed your weekend trip…

I just want to let you know that I love these! I make them all the time and they are my roommates favorite dessert and they don't have to eat gluten free! I like to use half almond flour and half the flour blend and put some sliced almonds on top. Oh, I also add a little bit of cinnamon to the mix. Thank you for this and all of your other recipes!
