This may look like another standard chocolate cupcake, but let me tell you, not all chocolate cupcakes are created equally, and once you’ve sunk your teeth into these, you will understand that. The light, airy texture of the cupcake, with the kick of cayenne and cinnamon, pair beautifully with the smooth ganache filling. The only thing that makes it better is the super chocolatey frosting that gets piped on top. This looks so good! Sticking to a gluten-free diet is really difficult, especially for me because I have a sweet tooth. I’ve tried a couple of recipes, and none of them came out tasting good enough.
