Need an appetizer, or something perfect for game day? These Stuffed Mexican Turkey Bites by The Baking Beauties are the answer!

Are you tired of serving deviled eggs or taco dip as an appetizer? Although those are both great options, it’s nice to spice things up once in a while. Add something new. These Stuffed Mexican Turkey Bites are just the thing.

Taco seasoned ground turkey forms a meatball around a piece of cheddar cheese, is then rolled in crushed tortilla chips before being deep fried. Don’t worry, you won’t have to have the deep fryer going while you have company over, these can be made a day or two in advance and just reheated in the oven. They are perfect for game day too!
