Don’t skip the stuffing because you have to eat gluten free. This naturally gluten free Wild Rice Stuffing is perfect for those on a gluten free diet.

If this is your first gluten free Thanksgiving, or if you are hosting someone that has to eat gluten free, you can still enjoy stuffing with no extra fuss. Although I prefer Bread Stuffing, it is a lot of work since you have to prepare your gluten free bread ahead of time. And if you’re using store-bought gluten free bread, which is very expensive, it may not turn out properly anyway. By using a wild rice blend instead of the bread, you still get all the great flavours of the stuffing, but no worries about cross contamination or mushy bread.

Disclosure: This recipe was developed as part of my ongoing partnership with Tasty Turkey. Looking for a turkey recipe? Check out the list of gluten-free recipes on their site.
