I was so impressed with this recipe, I just had to share. It is a recipe that I got from AllRecipes.com, I don’t think I even changed it up at all. And that is very uncommon for me, I usually have to change a recipe. This one, however, looked perfect to me on paper, and on my plate as well. We really, really enjoyed it. Topping your fish was salsa is a fantastic way to get a healthy protein, plus more fruits/veggies into your diet.
